1. Acceptance

By using the First Street Burgers app, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please do not use the app.

2. Service

The app provides an electronic queue reservation system for First Street Burgers. Reservations are free and guarantee a place in line, not table availability.

3. Booking Conditions

You must be physically present near the branch at booking time (GPS verified).
A valid Saudi mobile number is required.
You must arrive within 15 minutes of being called or your reservation will be cancelled.
Max party size is 10 per booking.

4. Acceptable Use

No fake or repeated bookings intended to disrupt service.
No attempts to hack or gain unauthorized access.
No use of fake personal information.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel anytime before entry. Management reserves the right to cancel reservations violating these terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any losses arising from use.

7. Intellectual Property

All content (logo, design, code) is owned by First Street Burgers and protected.
