Welcome to First Street Burgers queue reservation app. Your privacy matters. This policy explains how we handle your data.
1. Data We Collect
- Phone number: Required for queue notifications.
- Name (optional): For personalized welcome.
- Email (optional): For booking confirmation.
- GPS location: Only at booking time to verify you are at the branch. We do not store location history.
- Party size: For queue management.
- Device info: Push notification token (FCM/APNs), OS version, IP address for security.
2. How We Use Data
- Manage the waiting queue and notify you when your turn arrives.
- Send booking confirmations and "Your turn" alerts.
- Verify branch presence to prevent fake bookings.
- Aggregate analytics (peak hours, etc.) — no personal data.
3. Third-Party Sharing
- Firebase (Google): for mobile push delivery. Google policy
- Hostinger: for database hosting.
- Meta WhatsApp: only if WhatsApp messaging is enabled.
- We never sell or rent your data for advertising.
4. Retention
We keep booking records for 12 months for analytics, then permanently delete them. FCM tokens are deleted within 30 days of last use.
5. Your Rights
- Access: request a copy of your data.
- Correction: fix any incorrect data.
- Deletion: delete your account and data entirely.
- Cancellation: cancel any active reservation at any time.

6. Account Deletion
You can delete your data anytime via the Account Deletion page or by emailing us. We will delete your data within 7 business days.
7. Children
This app is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
8. Security
- HTTPS encryption.
- Admin passwords hashed (bcrypt).
- Database protected and not publicly accessible.
- Security logs for suspicious access attempts.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. We will notify you of material changes via the app or email.
