How do I reserve my spot?
Open the app while near the restaurant branch, then tap "Reserve My Spot Now". The app will verify your location automatically.
Why does the app need my location?
We verify that you are near the branch before allowing a reservation. We do not store your location history — only a one-time check at booking.
How do I check my loyalty points?
Tap "Account" on the home screen and enter your Saudi mobile number. Points are earned automatically with each visit.
How do I delete my account?
Visit the Account Deletion page or email us and we will delete your data within 7 business days.
The app says "You are too far"?
You must be physically near the restaurant to reserve. Make sure GPS is enabled and you are within range of the branch.
